SAD News:
This has been a busy, crazy and sad month for us. Two weeks ago Peaches passed away. He was the cat I grew up with. He was hit by a car outside my parents house. November 11 my Grandfather went to Greenville hospital for Gallstones and things turned for the worse. He was then flown to Vanderbelt Hosp. in Nashville TN to recieve better care. Todd and I went down to visit grandpa. He had his ups and downs but still wasn't getting any better. Grandpa has a weak heart and his organs started to shut down. He has been off life support since 1:30pm today. When he passes Todd and I will be going back down for the wake.
I can't believe this is happening! I wish I can snap my fingers and make everything okay. I am going to miss my grandfather very much! When my brother and I were younger, my grandparents used to take us all over on vacation. In March his Son/my uncle Dave passed away and it was very hard for the family to deal with.
Happy News:
November 8th was my 27th Birthday! We didn't do anything special because I have been off work since Feb. There is always next year :-) We did go out to dinner at the Patio and orderd some very tasty cheeseburgers. A day before my birthday, my good friend Heather came out to see me and our house. It was good to finally see her after 6 months. She took me out to lunch. We sat for hours at the resturant talking about all the road trips we took together when we were younger.
I had an interview on November 13th for a Customer Service position. Everything went well and I walked out feeling good. It's 20 miles from home one way, so it's alot closer then my previous job. I should know something this week if I get the job.
I finally complete decorating the wall with the decal that my mother-in-law and I put up. I had bought 4 white canvases and painted them using the colors of my room. I like how everything turned out.
